Ask yourself the following questions and discuss and debate with your colleagues to analyse the CRISP goals that you have set:
How much booth space will we require in the EXHIBITIONS?
Who do we want to talk to?
How many prospects can we expect to see?
How many salespeople will be staffing the booth?
How many hours are there in the Show?
How many sales presentations can each person make in an hour?
What percentage of these prospects should we close?
